Grant Access: Provide access to your social media accounts through our secure dashboard—no passwords required.

Onboarding Call: Jump on a 30-min call to review your onboarding call and plan your marketing strategy

Initiation: Within 3 working days of your onboarding call, we begin managing your social media presence.

3. How do you ensure the content aligns with my brand?

We start with a personalized content marketing strategy tailored to your business objectives. Your dedicated account manager collaborates closely with you to understand your brand voice, target audience, and goals, ensuring all content reflects your brand identity.

If you do not have existing branding guidelines, we can build them for you at an additional cost.

4. Can I review and approve posts before they are published?

Yes, depending on the chosen package, clients can review and approve posts before they go live, giving you control and confidence in your online presence.

We manage all major platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X(formally Twitter), Youtube, Pinterest, Threads, Google My Business. The choice of platforms depends on your business needs and target audience.

After signing up, you’ll provide access through our secure social media dashboard. This process is straightforward and doesn’t require sharing your passwords.

9. How soon will you start managing my social media after I sign up?

We will begin our posts and management within 3 working days after your onboarding call.

10. How do you keep up with the latest social media trends?

Our team stays updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media. We incorporate this knowledge into your content strategy to ensure your brand remains relevant and engaging.

11. Do you offer reels and videos in the package?

We offer only static posts in the Starter and Growth packages; videos and reels start from our Premium package. Understandably, video creation is expensive and takes longer time to create. We offer them as add-ons to your base packages.

12. Why is your pricing so cheap?

All our content is drafted in the UK and designed by our offshore teams, then proofread and approved by the UK teams. This way, we can offer the best cost-vs.-quality ratio. We won’t be able to afford these prices any other way.

13: What kind of images do you use, can we use our own images?

We would prefer that you provide your own images, which helps us create authentic branded content around your product or service. However, this isn’t essential, as we use premium stock images and videos where required.
